Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds & Cancellations – Due to the nature of our product, we do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason, including delays in shipping, backorders, or/once received. Should there be an error on our part, we will refund or cancel the order.
Missing, Incorrect or Broken Item – If you receive either (a) broken item/tea with broken seal (b) incorrect item or (c) missing item , please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@oaessence.com to so that we may resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below:
- Provide an image of the incorrect/broken item (if missing an item, provide an image of all the items you received)
- Provide a clear image of the pink packing slip
- Attach both images to the email
- Place your order number in the subject line.
- If missing an item, please let us know which item you are missing in the body.
Please allow up to 42-72 hours for an email reply (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS)
Lost, Stolen, Missing Package & Insufficient Addresses – If a package is shipped correctly by Omniscient Akashic Essence and it is lost or stolen, the shipper is not responsible.
