SHIPPING & REFUNDS
When you submit your order and receive an order number, that indicates that we have received it. Either the same day or the next day, you will receive your tracking number.
This means that we have gone ahead and processed your order. Unless it is during the holiday season, it may take up to a few days for you to receive a tracking number. Once your order is processed, it will then ship within 1 – 2 days. You will receive a email with tracking information, once your order ships. Once your order has been dropped off at the post office, please give it up to 72 hours for your package to be updated in the system.
USPS may fail to deliver your package if your address is incomplete, or an apartment number is missing. In this case, we are not responsible for the failure, so please double-check your address.

Refunds & Cancellations:
Due to the nature of our product, we do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason, including delays in shipping, backorders, or/once received. Should there be an error on our part, we will refund or cancel the order.
Missing, Incorrect or Broken Item – If you receive either (a) broken item/tea with broken seal (b) incorrect item or (c) missing item , please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@oaessence.com to so that we may resolve the issue. Please allow up for 1 business day for a response.
